Processing & Transit Times

International: Please note that international shipping times vary and may be extended due to customs processing.
Note: While we strive for speed but hold a few days to verify payment for ours and your protection. Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order

Notification: You will receive an automated email with a tracking number once your order has been scanned by the carrier.

Updates: Please allow 24 hours for the carrier’s system to update with the first status change.

Address Corrections & Undeliverable Packages

Corrections: Need to change your delivery address? Contact Customer Support immediately. We can only update addresses before the order has shipped.

Returned to Sender: If an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you for an address update. Once the order is reshipped, you will receive a new tracking number.
Missing Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:

Right To Cancel or Refuse Order
If your payment info gets flagged as Suspicious or Fradulant there will be a Delay in your order processing times to help us fight against Fradulant Chargebacks so make sure your info matches and is correct to save us both the time.
