Refund Policy

All sales are final. All transactions are processed in USD. Because your contest entries are automatically submitted to our sweepstakes administrator the moment your order is placed, we cannot offer refunds or cancel orders. This ensures the integrity of the dream car giveaway and prevents any tampering with entry counts.

Exchanges

We want you to love your gear! We happily accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Condition: Items must be new, unopened, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Window: Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

  • Value: You may exchange items for products of equal or greater value (customer pays the difference). We cannot process exchanges for lower-priced items that would require a partial refund.

  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping items to Boosted Society. We will ship your new items back to you for free!

How to Process an Exchange

To ensure a smooth swap, please include the following in your package:

  1. A printout of your original invoice.

  2. Copies of any support correspondence.

  3. A note specifying the desired product name and size.

  4. A screenshot of your order confirmation.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or we made a mistake, please contact Customer Support immediately. Defective merchandise must be reported within 30 days of purchase for a warranty replacement. After 30 days, Boosted Society is no longer liable for defects.

Note: All exchanges are subject to inspection upon arrival. Contest entries remain final and cannot be altered or rescinded during an exchange.
